DAV Police Public School, Gurugram, proudly hosted the Bharat Vikas Parishad Samman Sammelan on Monday, July 7, 2025, in the DAV Lecture Hall. The event beautifully blended academic celebration with environmental consciousness, creating a memorable experience for students, parents, and teachers.
The program commenced with a graceful lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the light of knowledge and wisdom.
A major highlight of the event was the award ceremony, where meritorious students were recognized for their academic achievements. Students who recently passed Class XII with excellence, as well as toppers of Classes X and XI, were felicitated by Bharat Vikas Parishad for their commendable performance. In addition, some of the staff members were also honored for their dedication and valuable contributions to the school.
The program concluded with an inspiring address by esteemed dignitaries, followed by a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Principal Dr. Nancy Sharma.
As a symbol of the school’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, plants were distributed to the attendees.
The Samman Sammelan not only honored academic excellence but also celebrated the efforts of educators and promoted environmental responsibility among the school community.The event ended with the plantation of saplings as we are committed towards sustainable development and green future.
