Dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, Basant Panchami marks the arrival of the Spring season in India. Saraswati is the Goddess of knowledge, music, learning and arts. It is believed that without her blessings, the world would be shrouded in ignorance, as she represents enlightenment.

A hawan was organised on the occasion of Basant Panchami for the students. The students and teachers were dressed in yellow colour attires .Our tiny tots learnt to draw and decorate Veena of maa saraswati and enjoyed eating food items yellow in colour.The celebration commenced with rendition of Saraswati Vandana. Thereafter, children were apprised regarding the significance of celebrating the festival. As the assessments are round the corner, it was conveyed to the students that they must define their goals, prioritize their studies, plan and schedule their lessons so that they can attain success. Teachers also conveyed their best wishes to the young learners.
