Adolescent Health Session at DAV Police Public School: Empowering Class 8 Students.

On July 5, 2024, DAV Police Public School hosted a dynamic session on adolescent health for Class 8 students.The session  was conducted by school counselor Mr.Prakash Podder.The session covered crucial topics like puberty, hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and relationships, aiming to equip students with essential knowledge for a healthier adolescence.

Students actively participated in discussions and activities, gaining insights into managing the challenges of adolescence confidently. The session emphasized mental health, encouraging students to express emotions, seek help, and support peers. The importance of good hygiene and a balanced diet was also highlighted.

By the end, students pledged to prioritize their health, feeling more aware and confident. This initiative demonstrates the school's commitment to holistic education, fostering resilience and self-assurance in students.
